This is what I want my family to be like.

Boy, when you’re dead, they really fix you up.  I hope to hell when I do die somebody has sense enough to just dump me in the river or something.  Anything except sticking me in a goddam cemetery.  People coming and putting a bunch of flowers on your stomach on Sunday, and all that crap.  Who wants flowers when you’re dead?  Nobody.

I woke up very groggy and I’m moving pretty slow today. I got some more journaling done, and I was drawing caricatures of Atticus Finch when I realized that I want to spend my day cooking something exorbitantly garnished for dinner and then present it to someone. Who wants to come over for a fancy-pants dinner?

I was thinking tacos with cholula. I will always trust anything that comes in a bottle with a wooden top.

Other than that, I’m going to borrow “To Kill A Mockingbird”, and watch that tonight, since I just finished the book for the 4th time since freshman year.

I love a man who can dress sharp and right wrongs.

I wish I could rent movie reels and those old antiquarian projectors …

School starts in half an hour.

I’m not sure if I really feel like going today. I didn’t get much sleep last night. I was up all night thinking about life, and I’ve never been more confused. I feel like I’m wasting my time in school because I don’t even know what I want to do with life, but I guess the logical thing would be to go to class and actually learn something, but I’d probably end up skipping once I got there anyway. Maybe next week…
